Butterfly pea flower is a caffeine-free herbal tea, This makes it an excellent drink of choice if you are looking for a tea variety without caffeine. It can be consumed as a hot tea or can be paired with lemonade or other cold brews You can brew yourself a cup of Blue Pea Green tea mid-morning or mid-evening post-meals, to aid digestion.

Serving Suggestions:

Brewing Instructions:
Add 1 teaspoon or 1 tea bag per cup (120ml). Always pour hot water (100°C) on the tea leaves and not the other way around. Steep for 2-3 minutes. Add lemon to taste and watch the colour change.
